1Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, all products are available on Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.

2How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your city and product availability.

3Can I check the product at delivery?

Yes, you may visually inspect the product before accepting delivery. We recommend recording an unboxing video.

4What if my product is damaged or defective?

Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video for replacement or refund eligibility.

5Do you provide installation services?

Installation is not included unless specifically mentioned. Customers may use brand-authorized technicians.

6Is warranty included with appliances?

Yes, all applicable products come with an official manufacturer’s warranty and warranty card.

7Are returns allowed for change of mind?

No. Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, as per our return policy.

8How are refunds processed for COD orders?

Refunds are issued via bank transfer after inspection, within 7–14 working days.

9Are delivery charges refundable?

Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases of seller error.

All gas cooking ranges and stoves are provided with LPG and Natural Gas options separately. Please specify your preference when placing the order or when you receive order confirmation call.

Basic placement is simple, but gas connection should be done by a qualified technician for safety.

3What type of geyser should I choose—gas or electric?

Gas geysers are ideal for high hot-water demand, while electric geysers suit low-usage or areas without gas supply.

4Does the geyser come with safety features?

Yes, most geysers include auto-cut, pressure valve, and thermal protection, depending on the model.

Room Air Coolers

7Do air coolers require exhaust or gas?

No. Air coolers operate on water and electricity only and do not require gas or exhaust.

8Are air coolers effective in humid areas?

Air coolers perform best in dry climates. Cooling efficiency may reduce in high humidity.

Ceiling Fans

9Are ceiling fans energy-efficient?

Yes. Many models are energy-efficient, and inverter/BLDC models consume significantly less electricity.
