  • •Warranty coverage begins from the date of delivery.
  • •Customers must retain the original invoice and warranty card to claim warranty.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty generally covers manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship under normal household use.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • •Improper or unauthorized installation.
  • •Voltage fluctuations, gas pressure issues, or water quality problems.
  • •Misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
  • •Accidental damage, fire, or natural disasters.

Warranty Claims

  • •Warranty claims are handled by the authorized service centers of the brand.
  • •After the return window, customers must contact the brand’s service center directly or through WhatsApp / Email given on our contact us page.
  • •In case of on-site repair services, authorized technician / serviceman might take 3-5 days to provide after sale service depending on availability schedule.
