At GRW Appliances, we aim to provide quality home appliances to our customers. To ensure best customer service, following terms and conditions apply on return and refund.
2. Return Eligibility
A return or replacement may be requested if:
- β’The product is damaged, defective, or not working at the time of delivery.
- β’The model or color of delivered product is not as specified in your order.
- β’The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted if:
- β’The product has been used, installed, or altered.
- β’The issue is reported after 48 hours.
- β’Damage is caused by improper handling, installation, or power issues.
- β’Original packaging, accessories, or manuals are missing.
4. Inspection at Delivery (Important)
Customers are advised to check the product at the time of delivery.
Once the delivery is accepted, only manufacturing defects will be considered for after sales service.
5. Replacement Policy
- β’Approved returns will be replaced with the same product.
- β’Replacement depends on stock availability.
- β’If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
6. Refund Policy
- β’Refunds are processed within 7β14 working days after product inspection.
- β’Delivery charges are non-refundable.
7. Warranty & Service
For the appliances carrying a manufacturerβs warranty.
After the return window, after sales service will be provided through authorized service center of the manufacturer.
8. Installation Disclaimer
We are not responsible for damage caused by:
- β’Improper or unauthorized installation.
- β’Voltage fluctuation or electrical issues.
- β’Accumulation of gas pressure due to gas open for too long.
- β’Misuse or negligence.
9. Legal Compliance
This policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Acts applicable in Pakistan.
