2. Return Eligibility

A return or replacement may be requested if:

  • β€’The model or color of delivered product is not as specified in your order.
  • β€’The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns will not be accepted if:

4. Inspection at Delivery (Important)

Customers are advised to check the product at the time of delivery.

Once the delivery is accepted, only manufacturing defects will be considered for after sales service.

5. Replacement Policy

For the appliances carrying a manufacturer’s warranty.

After the return window, after sales service will be provided through authorized service center of the manufacturer.

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • β€’Accumulation of gas pressure due to gas open for too long.
